250 g sampioene
40 ml olie
15 ml worcestershire sous
15 ml asyn
15 ml gekapte ui
15 ml mosterd
sout en varsgemaalde peper
1 pakkie Maggi Tamatiesop
400 ml water
Meng al die bestanddele behalwe die hoenderboudjies en die sampioene saam. Braai die hoender in ‘n braaipan tot goudbruin. Verminder die hitte en voeg die sous by, laat vir 30 minute kook. Voeg die sampioene by en kook vir ‘n verdere 15 minute. Bedien met rys, aartappels of pasta.
